Reminder: new Canada Life segregated fund chargeback option

In May, we introduced a new two-year chargeback sales charge option for our Canada Life segregated funds policies. This option complements our four-year chargeback and front-end load options. It’s expected to be well positioned within recent regulatory direction regarding chargeback sales charge options that suggest shorter durations for chargeback schedules.

With our two-year and four-year chargeback options, we’ll pay an upfront gross sales commission of 3% and 3.5%, respectively, with trailers beginning in the first month. Compensation percentages are gross percentages. For your rate, refer to your compensation guide or contact commissions@canadalife.com.
