Beginning October 17, 2022, Empire Life is pleased to announce a new enhancement to our eVision Illustrator: Save & Share. With the new Save & Share feature, you can share illustrations with members of your team in a safe and secure manner.

Whether you are a business development consultant, an advisor's personal assistant or an advisor participating in a case with a junior advisor, Save & Share enables the intended recipient to quickly access your illustration from their own logged-in version of eVision seamlessly. 

By creating a safe, secure URL to share with others, your shared illustration will be valid for seven days. That illustration is retained securely within eVision under your profile and once shared, you can choose to remove access to the illustration later if you wish. If the intended recipient that receives a shared illustration saves it to their own cases, they will have access to it as long as they need it.

How does it work? Only two simple steps!

Step 1: 

To share an illustration, simply select the "save" feature and then select "share" from the pop-up box. You'll be asked for the recipient's email address*.      

Step 2: 

eVision will open a pre-populated email within your default email application with the URL included. You can customize the email to your preference and then simply hit "send".
