We would like to invite you to download the new version of the Interface Suite via the Web. Industrial Alliance has made every effort to ensure your download experience goes smoothly. We recommend that you install this new version on or after January 1, 2014. Should you install it before this date, you will be able to create new product illustrations, but the Electronic Application system will not be able to receive or process data from them prior to January 1, 2014. Whether you download from the Web or install it using the CD, the launch terms for these enhancements remain the same: they will only be available starting January 1, 2014. We recommend you check with your IT expert to have access to the download site unblocked. The name of the site is s3.amazonaws.com. The estimated download time using a typical high-speed Internet connection is 15 minutes (450MB/5Mbps = 15 minutes). To optimize the download speed, it is better to use a wired Internet connection rather than Wi-Fi. You can also check your network capacity with your IT expert since download speeds may be influenced by the capacity of your internal infrastructures. Please check that you have sufficient disk space available. You will need about 1.5 GB. You may also check with your IT expert to see whether there are any restrictions preventing you from installing programs on your computer. If you are unable to complete the download, please use the CD-ROM that you will be receiving between now and December 20, since the last thing we want to do is to keep you from working!
