1 Segregated Fund contracts are issued by The Empire Life Insurance Company (“Empire Life”). 5 To be eligible for the $50 bonus, your first Fast & Full investment application must be submitted between January 1, 2020 at 12:01 a.m. (ET) and December 31, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. (ET) with the policy issued by 4:00 p.m. (ET) December 31, 2020 as per Bonus Rules. Total bonus reward per advisor is $50 and its value will be included as taxable income for 2020.
