We are writing to notify you of important information in regard to your clients’ registered income plan(s). Following the 2015 Federal Budget announcement, the factors used to calculate the MAP for registered income plans have been reduced for annuitants aged 71 to 94. The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has confirmed these new factors will take effect for the 2015 tax year.
