REMINDER: 3-month Bonus on Multi Trip Annual Policies
 
The expiry dates have now been extended by 3 months on your customers’ annual policies, with effective dates May 1, 2019 to April 30, 2020. You’ll not only see the new expiry date now in Partner Express but can also print updated wallet cards showing the new expiry there too.
 
Note: If customers have contacted TuGo and advised they do not want the 3-month bonus, their policies remain status quo.

Keep in mind:

• TuGo uses the traveller’s age at purchase date, so you may lock them in at a lower rate, if they have a birthday coming up.
• You may also lock in their Medical Questionnaire rate.
• The 15-month limited time offer is optional, and the 12-month plan is still available.

For upcoming renewals expiring before September 30, 2020, we’ve created a supplemental letter you can insert along with the renewal letter, to help explain and encourage customers to renew for future travel.
