• Participates in product development, pricing, evolution, implementation and launching of insurance products and solutions.
• Expertise includes creating content, sales concepts and presentations to support the Desjardins Insurance wholesaling team across Canada and their advisors.
• Outside of the office, she enjoys playing tennis during the summer and skiing during the winter.

Gary Fader - Presenter
Regional Sales Director at Desjardins Insurance

• Graduated from Dalhousie University with over 35 years of industry experience
• Passionate about building relationships with advisors and assisting them with their growth strategies
• Happily married with five children, two grandchildren and is waiting for two more - twin grandchildren which are on their way.
• In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and tennis with friends.

Shaun Downey - Presenter
Regional Sales Director at Desjardins Insurance

• In his role, he educates local advisors regarding Desjardins products and concepts.
• Passionate about Critical Illness Insurance and has helped advisors implement the Shared-Ownership Critical Illness Concept into their business.
• Graduated from Mount Royal University in Calgary, AB, with a Bachelor of Business Administration and wishes to pursue his CFP designation.
• In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their three boys.

Rehan Bhanji - Host

• 20 years industry experience, all with Desjardins Insurance.
• Holds CFP and CLU designations.
• Motivational coach who is passionate about helping advisors grow their business and uncovering sales opportunities in unlikely places.
• With his vast experience in the industry, he served as Vice President in 2007 for Advocis Toronto Chapter, has been a Platform Speaker for Canada Sales Congress and also quoted in various industry publications.
