It's official: La Capitale Financial Security becomes Beneva
Hello,
We are pleased to announce another milestone in our transition to Beneva. La Capitale Financial Security will become Beneva Inc. on January 1, 2024. Beneva will therefore become the insurer of Pillar Series Disability and Hospital Care insurance policies.
What this means for you
The transition will take place step by step. As of January 1, 2024, your commission payments will be paid by Beneva. Our documentation and online platforms will gradually change over to Beneva's colors.
What this means for your clients
The coverages and conditions for their Disability and Hospital Care insurance policies and products remain the same. Benefits and claims in process will continue to be processed. No action is required on your clients’ part.
In November, a communication will be sent to all clients to inform them of the changes concerning the transition from La Capitale Financial Security to Beneva. Consult the Client communication.
